Archil Giorgadze is a national partner of the international law firm “Dechert” since 2012. “Dechert” is the law firm founded in the USA which currently unites more than 900 advocates in 28 offices throughout the world.
Archil has worked in the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, Georgian Railway LLP and the state-owned Partnership Fund. Archil has represented interests of Georgia in the International Court of Justice (Hague) against Russian Federation. He is also an arbitrator since 2009.
Archil is an Assistant professor of law school at Tbilisi Free University Law School. He is one of the founders of the National Center of Commercial Law.
