The obligations of the members of the Association of Mediators are established in Article 5 of the Charter of Association. The member is obliged to follow the latter Charter and the decisions made by governing body. To protect and defend the association’s authority, its name, dignity, business reputation, property and other benefits owned by it. To pay the membership fees in the prescribed time, not to use confidential information that he / she became aware of in time course of implementation of his / her rights in association. The member of association is also obliged to follow the Code of Professional Ethics of Mediators after its approval by the General Meeting.
